TREATMENT OF PILES BY YOGA,DIET AND NATUROPATHY

Piles causes irritation in the anus and defecation is painful. small or large lumps can be felt upon touching These cause obstructions to the feces. When these lumps enlarge they become warts. When these come in contact with the hard stool, these warts burst and there is blood in the stool. The patient becomes anemic in this condition. The face of the patient becomes pale, the somach remains heavy and he keeps yawning. People who are lazy and laid-back, who eat fried, spicy and oily food and stale packaged food are more susceptible to this disease. Also preple who don't eat enough fruits and vegetables. The blood vessels in the anus of such people are unable to transfer the blood upward and hence there is an accumulation of blood in the blood vessels in the anus. And due to the excess of blood here, they swell and cause obstruction to the passing stool. These blood vessels only take the form of warts later on. Due to constipation the stool becomes very hard and rubs against these warts and forces them to burst, causing blood flow and extreme pain.
